School budgets pass, Kayen wins Lynbrook trustee seat

Voters supported their school budgets on Tuesday, passing Lynbrook's spending plan by a margin of almost two to one, though the margin was smaller in East Rockaway.
In Lynbrook, residents approved the $63.3 million 2007-08 budget, an increase of 4.4 percent
