The Cultural Arts Council of East Rockaway held its annual Senior Citizen’s Prom at Rhame Avenue School recently. Penny Lee and Joseph Szabo were named this year’s queen and king of the event. The East Rockaway Junior Fire Department assisted with the decorations, and elementary school students made the Mardi Gras masks.
