Francisco was nominated by his school counselor, Marcy Pedone for this scholarship through the Quest Scholars Program. Based on his superior grades and extra curricular involvement Francisco was chosen as a finalist for a scholarship to one of six prestigious colleges. After his package was sent to three of these fine schools, he received the offer for the full scholarship from Williams College, one of the top liberal arts schools in the country. Francisco will begin his studies there this next fall.
