Thomas F. Link, 42, of 1616 Carman Place in Baldwin, a treasurer of the club, was arrested on Wednesday, May 1 and charged with first-degree robbery. Link pled not guilty at an arraignment in First District Court in Hempstead.
Those arrested on Wednesday were Robert J. Maganza, 52, and Joseph S. Cali, 53, both of Harriet Place, Lynbrook; Raymond Lloyd, 56, of Francisco Avenue, Central Islip; Mario Biganini, 38, of Wiggins Street, Lake Ronkokoma; and Raymond G. Dwyer, 38, of Atlantic Avenue, Oceanside.
Rod Ewert, 30 of 37 Lincoln Court, Rockville Centre, was arrested at his home the next day.
All seven were charged with robbery in the first degree, punishable by up to 25 years in prison.
The Nassau County District Attorney's office also issued five search warrants for some of the men's homes and the clubhouse. Police seized $130,000 in cash, an Uzi firearm, several shot guns, a rifle, a hand gun, brass knuckles and knives, as well as five motorcycles and various gang paraphernalia.
Dwyer and Biganini also face pending charges arising from an incident at the organization's Hellraiser Ball at the Vanderbilt in Plainview on Feb. 23, which left a member of a rival gang, the Pagans, dead.
The charges are merely accusations, and the defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
