Perri Cooper, left, Jolie Kemp and Dani Forte held their locks after they were cut off — with love — for SIBs Place in Hewlett. The Locks of Love event was held on April 8 at Harvey’s Place in Cedarhurst.
SIBs Place is a program for children who have siblings battling cancer and is sponsored by South Nassau Communities Hospital in Oceanside. The Locks of Love event was aimed at providing hairpieces that will be donated to people who have lost their hair due to cancer treatments.
