After years of providing the best in children's toys, Noodle Kidoodle's reign is coming to an end. By the end of the month, the Noodle Kidoodle on Long Beach Road in Oceanside road will become a Zany Bainy store following a merger of the two companies in July.
"Over the next few months you'll see some changes in the stores, like signs changing over to Zany Brainy," the chairmen from both companies said in a joint statement. "We encourage you to look at these as good signs...actually as signs of the future."
Oceanside's store is just one of 60 Noodle Kidoodles throughout the country to make the change. There are currently 133 Zany Brainy stores from coast to coast.
"We promise our interactive shopping environment will constantly improve," the chairmen, Keith Spurgeon, of Zany Brainy, and Stanley Greenman, of Noodle Kidoodle, continued. "For example, we will be expanding our free special events programs, as well as offering a broad and exceptional assortment of non-violent and imaginative products."
