Staff at Mount Sinai South Nassau hospital in Oceanside gets vaccinated for coronavirus

Mount Sinai South Nassau Hospital in Oceanside began vaccinating its staff against the coronavirus last week. Chief of Critical Care Dr. Frank Coletta received the vaccine.

Nurse Tracy Thorn, the assistant nurse manager of the Emergency Department, also received the vaccine.
Mount Sinai South Nassau hospital in Oceanside began vaccinating its staff against the Covid-19 pandemic on Dec. 15.
“This little bottle is our ability to turn the tide against the pandemic,” MSSN Chief Medical Officer Dr. Adhi Sharma said, according to a news release.
