The Rockville Centre Rampage U-11 boys soccer team traveled to Guilderland, NY to play in a Memorial Day soccer tournament. Playing teams from upstate New York and Massachusetts in a very competitive bracket, the Rampage won two games, tied one and lost one, taking second place. A stormy weekend
The Rockville Centre Storm won the championship trophy at the Memorial Day Massapequa tournament, taking first place after two double overtimes and winning on penalty kicks in the semi-final and final games on Sunday. The girls U-12 team, coached by Gerard Duffy and Chris Rising, and trained by Brian Mcaughey, played four games to win their trophy and medals. The girls represented themselves, their coaches, and Rockville Centre with pride and power.
