The wisdom of sleeping on it

"Well, I sort of made it up," said Pooh. "It isn't Brain's but it comes to me sometimes."
"Ah," said Rabbit who never let things come to him, but always went and fetched them.
It's sometimes very difficult to take the time to let things come to you, particularly if you, like Rabbit, are one who prides yourself on solving problems and knowing
the answer. Giving your brain time to slow down means that you appreciate the wisdom of
sleeping on it, staring into space, letting things pop into your head, sitting and doing nothing.
This need to slow down your thinking is not
a luxury. If you are always busy, running from here to there, resolving problems under pressure, you are a prime candidate for an anxiety or panic attack. Why? Because with little time to think through a problem, you will automatically think in very
limited, unbeneficial ways. Here are a few examples:
