Justin Feinman , attorney for Corey Grier,  statedm "At this time, I am still waiting to see information regarding the matter. I can tell you that Mr. Grier maintains his innocence and that he has indicated to me that he is innocent of the charges against him, but I really have to review the evidence against my client before I’m in a position to make a determination of what direction this case is going to go. I understand and I was told by the district attorney that there is some video, that there is other evidence -- testimony - that I have to review in order to assess the situation accurately."
