Valley Stream Community Center hosts ID program

Hempstead Town Clerk Nasrin G. Ahmad, left, with Sal Esposito of Valley Stream and his daughter, Sally Ann Esposito of Lynbrook, manager of the Valley Stream Community Center. Ahmad was on hand to conduct the town’s free senior I.D. program. The town creates personalized identification cards, complete with a person’s basic information, emergency contact numbers and blood type for use by police, medical technicians and other first responders in the event of an emergency.
