On Dec. 31, Viaggio Tapas held a ribbon cutting to officially open its doors in Rockville Centre.
Located at 324 Sunrise Highway, the restaurant is tapas-style, which means many small courses of appetizer-like food that adds up to a full meal. The owners serve cheeses, meats, wines and drinks that are seasonal and locally sourced.
