On the eve of holiday parties for recently deployed members of the Fighting 69th and their families, Bristal Assisted Living provided a donation to the regiment’s Family Readiness Group.
Joining World War II Navy veteran Lou Walz, a resident of Bristal Massapequa and a prior resident of Massapequa, were, from right, Beth Delli-Pizzi, the president of the Family Readiness Group; Sgt. Holger Arguelllo of Rockville Centre, Susan Maksym of the Massapequa Bristal Assisted Living, a Vietnam era veteran herself, and leaning on his humvee, Specialist Michael Rosalino of Brewster.
