"Together as a team Cully's Furniture continues to play stronger each week both defensively and offensively. Billy Stewart had a great game with an RBI, a base hit right down the middle and an incredible two run double. Timmy Weinclaw pitched a great game striking out the side in the 2nd and 4th innings. Nice fast ball, Timmy. In the fifth inning, Timmy was relieved by Raymond Spragley who rocked left field with a bases loaded triple, clearing the bases. He also had a hit in the third. Robert Carnes had an RBI and a base hit helping to load the bases for his brother Henry Carnes who drew an RBI walk. A force play at the plate by Robert Carnes brought Cully's to a 10-6 victory.
