On The Town
The classic musical comes to life in this production by Hofstra University’s Department of Drama and Dance. The year is 1944 and military men are transiting through New York City on their way to duty overseas. Three sailors are looking to see the sights, find romance, and have a great night on the town, because after all, “New York, New York, it’s a helluva of a town.”

American Chamber Ensemble
Hear great chamber music works at Musaic I, the first concert of ACE’s 2009-2010 season. Featured pieces include Walter Rabl’s Quartet, op. 1 for piano, clarinet, violin and cello, Schumann’s Fairy Tales, op. 132 for clarinet, viola and piano, and Mendelssohn’s Trio, op. 49 for violin, cello and piano.
