Living Up to a Standard of Excellence

From premium amenities to unmatched convenience, The Langdon proves the ideal home

Sal Ruffino knows the meaning of the word “excellence.” As owner of Ruffino Ristorante on Lakeview Avenue in Lynbrook, he serves it with every entrée.

So he expects the same when he comes home.

To The Langdon.

“The amenities are top-notch – from the gym and resident lounge to the courtyard and rooftop. Everything is clean and well maintained. The apartment building has great spots to hang out with friends or to get some work done if you feel like getting out of your apartment,” he recently told colleagues.

While he has high praise for the building’s amenities, he has equal praise for his own living space. “The one bedroom apartment is perfect. It includes GE appliances and an in-unit washer dryer, which is a major plus. As a point of comparison,  I toured multiple Langdon layouts and I found that they too are all very spacious and beautifully appointed.”

No stranger to the city, Sal reminds that the Langdon is within scant feet of the Lynbrook LIRR station.

He notes, “The location couldn’t be better. The LIRR is literally a few steps from the entrance and it is great if you commute into the city or just want to visit for the day. “

Well Sal, is living next to the LIRR intrusive?

Sal smiles and explains, “Friends ask me how it is living next to the train but the truth is you never hear it. The Langdon was built and designed extremely well with special emphasis placed on answering that question. The railroad is close by if you need it but it could be miles away from your apartment if you were listening for it.”

Preparing to head out and walk the nearby village, Sal offers the following insight to potential tenants of The Langdon, “If you are looking for a luxury building with a great vibe, I would considering moving here.  I have been here for just a month and it already feels like home.”
