The rainy weather on the first day of school didn’t dampen the spirits or excitement of students in the Bellmore Public Schools. With their backpacks on and their determination at the ready, the Charles A. Reinhard Early Childhood Center, Winthrop Avenue and Shore Road students are ready to lead and learn throughout the 2021-22 school year.
“We are so happy to have our Bellmore Star students back in our buildings,” acting Superintendent Dr. Joanne Dacek said. “With a continued focus on our leadership principles and core values, we remain committed to a learning environment which promotes collaboration and allows our students and staff to lead and learn.”
