Bellmore super visits kindergarten classes

Honoring a tradition that he began as principal of Charles A. Reinhard Early Childhood Center and continued as superintendent of schools, Bellmore Superintendent Dr. Joseph Famularo recently visited each kindergarten classroom. Famularo read Sean Covey’s "Just the Way I Am," which focuses on Habit 1 – be proactive – from his self-help book "The 7 Habits of Happy Kids." Once the story was completed, the students and Famularo discussed what it is to be proactive.
