At noon on Friday Dec. 29, Bellmore Memorial Library welcomed 2024 early with a Noon Year’s Eve celebration — a family event with fun activities.

Kids had the opportunity to welcome 2024 a few days, and hours, early at the Bellmore Memorial Library — ringing in the new year at noon on Friday.
Noon Years Eve is a family-friendly celebration for children who may not be staying up to celebrate at midnight. The countdown to noon welcomes children to join the festivities and activities during the daytime.
With all the fanfare of the typical midnight celebration, the event is often accompanied by activities and games for children.
Accompanied by coloring and a librarian led read-a-loud, kids counted down to noon where they were met with their very own projection fireworks spectacular.
