The more you witness the history of our multiple governments, the more you realize how our current government is no longer capable of serving the people who desperately need it. I have no issue with the people from both parties who provide us with services in our counties, towns and villages. But I am saddened by our federal system, which serves only itself. more
Whether it’s the war in Iran, Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, China’s expansionism or the continuing threat of Islamist terrorism, the United States and the world are faced with crises from multiple directions. Long Island retirees aren’t uniformly downsizing or decelerating. They’re rejecting the outmoded idea that chronological age determines how we should live. In a world of 30-year retirements and second and third acts, a single number can no longer capture a person’s capacity, purpose or potential. more
