Cedarhurst launches 29th annual Tuesday Night Summer Concert Series

The Village of Cedarhurst is bringing back one of its most popular summer traditions with the 29th Annual Tuesday Night Summer Concert Series at Andrew J. Parise Park. Here are three things residents should know before the music begins.

The series kicks off with a patriotic celebration

Opening night is scheduled for July 7, at 7 p.m. with a special Salute to the 250th Anniversary of America and Our Veterans. The evening will honor the nation’s semiquincentennial and recognize the sacrifices of military veterans while featuring patriotic entertainment. Village officials encourage residents to bring lawn chairs and blankets and arrive early to secure a spot on the lawn.

A diverse lineup is planned throughout the summer

The eight-week series will feature a variety of musical styles and family-friendly entertainment, including Irish, Italian and Jewish music nights, classic hits, country music and dance favorites. The 2026 lineup includes:

    • July 7: Salute to the 250th Anniversary of America and Our Veterans

    • July 14: A Night of Irish Music

    • July 21: Rock, Pop and Doo-Wop Night

    • July 28: A Night of Italian Music

    • Aug. 4: Dance the Night Away

    • Aug. 11: An Evening of Country Music

    • Aug. 18: Cedarhurst Presents a Night of Jewish Music

    • Aug. 25: Gourmet Glatt Presents a Night of Jewish Music Concerts begin at 7 p.m. and feature pre-show entertainment on select evenings.

The concerts are free thanks to community support

All performances are free and open to the public. The annual series is funded through the support of local sponsors whose contributions allow the village to continue the tradition, which has entertained tens of thousands of residents and visitors over nearly three decades. Officials say the concerts are designed to bring neighbors together for evenings of music, family fun and community spirit in the heart of Cedarhurst.
