North Wantagh residents and visitors alike enjoyed a slew of seasonal activities at the 25th annual Forest City Fall Festival.
The fair, sponsored by the Forest City Community Association, was held at Forest City Park on Oct. 15. Families flocked to the green space at noon for a full afternoon of entertainment under the sun.
Children painted pumpkins; went on pony rides; met Pikachu, the popular character from the Pokemon franchise; danced to live music; and sampled sweet treats. Their parents had the chance to win raffle prizes.
