Eye-Deal Optical, on Hempstead Tpke, went up in flames on Thursday night.

A fire engulfed Eye-Deal Optical, in West Hempstead, at 8:30 p.m. on Thursday night.
Officers responded to the active fire at the business, at 126 Hempstead Tpke, and say the building was fully engulfed in flames. The Elmont Fire Department, working with several additional departments, arrived and put out the fire. The Nassau County Fire Marshal and Arson Bomb Squad Detective, too, responded to the scene.
No one was in the building during the fire. No injuries were reported.
The investigation is ongoing.
