Owen Reilly, a rising sophomore at Locust Valley High School and a Life Scout with Bayville Scout Troop 176, toured the Oyster Bay Herald offices in Garden City on July 23. The young Bayville resident visited to achieve the prerequisites for his graphic arts merit badge, which requires research into printed and digital communications organizations.

Owen is currently at Scout camp upstate working on the rest of the requirements for the badge, as well as others.
