Even ice cream isn’t cold enough to extinguish a fire, as a Mister Softee truck went ablaze near the Honda dealership in the Green Acres Mall on Sunday night in Valley Stream, according to officials.
The fire was doused within 30 minutes and no one was hurt, officials said.
As of press time, what ignited the blaze is not known.
