Grand Ave Elementary School Parent Teacher Association hosted a fun-filled carnival to welcome summer in June. Parents organized student vendors, games and community spirit.

During the carnival, Uniondale students played basketball in the nearby hoops and ran around the playground. Older students from Lawrence Road Middle School Young Entrepreneurs came by to sell their products from lip gloss to press on nails. A special guest in a robot suit, Mrs. Cirulnik, created an interactive robot experience.
