Democrats, meanwhile, say Ciampoli is playing a dangerous game of partisan politics to cover up county borrowing to fill multi-million-dollar budget gaps.

County Executive Ed Mangano delivered his third State of the County address to a crowd of more than 100 at the Cradle of Aviation Museum in Garden City on March 14.
