Glenn Terry, the executive director of outreach and strategic partnerships of the NCAA Eligibility Center, paid a visit to Long Island for a conference on NCAA eligibility for college-bound student athletes at Adelphi Univerity. Terry was invited by Frank Luisi, the National Collegiate Athletic Association coordinator for the Oceanside Schools.
