Four candidates to run for board in Oyster Bay

When Oyster Bay-East Norwich Central School District voters go to the polls on May 16 they will receive a ballot that includes a proposed budget of $64,414,491, two propositions and thenames of four candidates running for two seats on the Board of Education. Todd Cronin is not running for re-election.

One proposition is asking residents to allow for the district to utilize no more than $200,000 from its technology reserve fund for board approved projects. The second asks voters to approve of capital improvements throughout the district estimated at $750,000. Approval of both will be at no cost to taxpayers.
